Asian fusion fish sandwich

1 brioche roll
cucumber strips
carrot strips

Preparation

Slice open the brioche roll and lightly toast it if desired, so the outside becomes slightly crispy.

Spread a thin layer of the sauce from the herring fillets on the bottom half of the roll to add more flavor.

Arrange strips of cucumber and carrot on the roll to create a fresh, crunchy layer.

Place the herring fillets in teriyaki sauce on top and distribute them evenly.

Top with red onions and fried onions, then serve immediately and enjoy.
