Cut the trout fillets into bite-sized pieces.
If necessary, cut the mozzarella and tomatoes into suitable, bite-sized pieces as well.
Wash the basil leaves and pat them dry.
Next, thread the mozzarella, basil, tomatoes and trout onto skewers, alternating between them.
Arrange the finished skewers on a platter and serve straight away.
