


Fried Herring Fillet Burger

| Red onion rings | |
| Pickled gherkins | |
| Fried onions | |
| Remoulade or mayonnaise |

Lettuce leaves
Red onion rings
Pickled gherkins
Fried onions
Remoulade or mayonnaise
Preparation
Cut the buns in half and lightly toast the cut surfaces if you like.
Top the bottom halves of the buns with lettuce, gherkin, fried onions and red onions.
Cut the fried herring fillets to size and place them on top of the prepared vegetables.
Add a little remoulade or mayonnaise to taste.
Place the top halves of the buns on top and serve the burgers straight away.
