Cucumber salad with herring in mustard sauce

Wash the cucumber and cut into thin slices. Mix the dressing with vinegar, oil, salt and pepper.

Mix the cucumber slices with the dressing and arrange the herring fillets with the mustard sauce on top.

Garnish with fresh dill and serve.
