Filled eggs

Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half and carefully remove the yolks. Place the yolks in a bowl.

Mix the egg yolk in the bowl with the herring fillets in tomato sauce and mash with a fork.

Add a tablespoon of mayonnaise and mix until smooth.

Then pipe the filling into the egg white halves using a piping bag or alternatively a spoon.

Garnish the stuffed eggs with some chives.
