


The Curaçao fish roll

| 1 Can | Appel Herring Fillets in hot Sauce with Mango and Chili |
| 1 | Brioche Bun |
| 1 | fried plantains (cooking bananas) |
| spring onions | |
| 1 | fresh chilli |
| Lime juice |

Appel Herring Fillets in hot Sauce with Mango and Chili

Preparation
Fry the plantains (cooking bananas) in a frying pan until golden brown on both sides.
Toast the brioche bun briefly until it is slightly crispy.
Place the Appel herring fillets – ‘Passion’ – mango and chilli on the bottom half of the bun.
Spread the fried plantains (cooking bananas) evenly over the top.
Garnish with spring onions and fresh chilli.
Add a splash of lime juice, assemble the bun and serve.
