The Ivory Coast fish roll

Ingredients for one portion

1 Can Tuna Salad Couscous
1 rustic baguette roll
Cherry tomatoes
1 Fresh red chilli
1 Can Tuna Salad Couscous
1 rustic baguette roll
Cherry tomatoes
1 Fresh red chilli
Preparation

Cut the baguette roll in half and gently pull the halves apart.

Fill the roll generously with the Appel tuna salad and couscous.

Arrange the halved cherry tomatoes evenly on top.

Cut the fresh chilli into thin rings and scatter them over the filling.

Serve the baguette straight away.
