Cream cheese and herring dip with brown bread

100 g | Classic cream cheese |

Grainy cream cheese

Classic cream cheese

Preparation

Mix the grainy cream cheese with the classic cream cheese and a little lemon juice in a bowl.

Finely dice the gherkins, apple and onion. Finely chop the parsley.

Add the chopped ingredients to the cream cheese mixture and season with salt and pepper. Stir well!

Chop the herring fillets in the dill and herb cream and carefully fold into the cream cheese mixture.

Garnish the dip with a little parsley and serve with brown bread.
