Fried herring salad

1 | Red bell pepper |
1 | Red onion |
1 glass | Corn on the cob |

Preparation

Peel the potatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces and boil in well-salted water until soft. Drain and leave to cool.

Wash the vegetables and cut into small pieces with the fried herring fillets.

Prepare the dressing from herbs, spices of your choice, oil and vinegar.

Place the lettuce, bell peppers, onion, sweetcorn and cooled potatoes in a large bowl. Pour over the dressing and mix everything together well.

Spread the fried herring fillets on top, season to taste and enjoy.
