Herring bruschetta

as required | Balsamic vinegar cream |

Preparation

Cut the ciabatta bread into slices approx. 1-2 cm thick and then fry in the pan on both sides until golden brown.

Top the bread with rocket (or salad of your choice) and drape the herring fillets on top.

Garnish the bruschetta with small tomatoes and refine with Balsamic vinegar cream.
