Herring salad Red Beet and horseradish

2 pc. | Gherkins |
1 pc. | precooked red beet ball |
1 pc. | white onion |
1 splash of | White wine vinegar |
2 TBSP | sour cream |
2 TBSP | Natural yogurt |
as required | Salt, pepper and dill |

Salt, pepper and dill
Preparation

Cut the onion, red beet, gherkins and apple into small cubes.

Cut the herring fillets into bite-sized pieces and place in a bowl with the diced ingredients.

In a separate bowl, mix the horseradish sauce from the herring can with the sour cream, natural yogurt and a teaspoon of white wine vinegar until well combined.

Add the horseradish mixture to the other bowl and mix.

Season with salt and pepper and chill until ready to serve. Top with dill before serving and enjoy.
