Herring wraps

150 g | Grainy cream cheese |
2 TBSP | Dijon mustard |
1 | Iceberg lettuce |
1 | Tomato |
2 | Egg, hard-boiled |
as required | Pepper, salt and chili peppers |

Wraps
150 g
Grainy cream cheese
2 TBSP
Dijon mustard
1
Iceberg lettuce
1
Tomato

Egg, hard-boiled
as required
Pepper, salt and chili peppers
Preparation

Mix the cream cheese with the Dijon mustard in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.

Wash and chop the iceberg lettuce. Cut the tomato and hard-boiled eggs into small pieces.

Spread the wraps evenly with the cream cheese and mustard cream. Then top with lettuce, tomato and egg.

Remove the tender herring fillets in egg and mustard sauce from the can and carefully place on the wrap.

Roll up the wrap and cut in half. Optionally garnish with some chili peppers.
