


Mini fish burger
Ingredients for twelve mini fish burgers

Preparation

Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone and scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Mash finely with a fork in a bowl. Stir in the horseradish and season the cream with salt and pepper.

Peel the red onion and cut into fine rings. Remove the herring fillets from the sauce and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Spread the avocado cream on the mini burger buns. Place the rocket, herring fillets and onions on top and stick everything together with a skewer.
