


Mussel stew
Ingredients for four portions
Ready in approx. 20 minutes

| 1 Can | Appel mussels in tomato sauce |
| 4 | Garlic cloves |
| 2 | Tomatoes |
| 1 | Onion |
| 1 | Red bell pepper |
| 1 Do | strained tomatoes |
| 1 TSP | Paprika powder |
| 4 | slices Bread |
| Olive oil | |
| as required | Salt, pepper |

Preparation
Finely chop the garlic. Dice the onions, bell peppers and tomatoes.
Heat a little olive oil in a large pan. Add the onion and garlic and sauté.
Add the diced tomatoes and diced bell peppers. Sauté for a few minutes.
Add the mussels in tomato sauce and leave to cook for a moment.
Add the strained tomatoes, coriander and paprika powder. Season to taste.
Serve the stew with a few slices of bread.
