Oriental mango curry herring dip

Preparation

Mash the herring fillets with a fork to create small pieces. The mango curry sauce from the can is added at the same time.

In a separate bowl, mix the sour cream with the chopped parsley and a splash of lemon juice.

Add the crushed herring fillets to the sour cream mixture together with the mango curry sauce and stir well until everything is evenly mixed.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. If necessary, add a little lemon juice for an extra fresh note.

Arrange the dip in a bowl and serve with flatbread or fresh vegetables for dipping.
