Protein roll with herring fillets

Preparation

Mix the cream cheese in a bowl with a little lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.

Slice the tomato and cucumber and finely chop the parsley.

Cut open the protein roll and spread with cream cheese cream. Then top with tomato and cucumber.

Place our herring fillets in dill and herb sauce on the roll.

Sprinkle with fresh parsley and season with salt, pepper and a little chili.
