


Puff pastry rolls with mackerel fillets
Ingredients for four portions

1 Can | Gourmet mackerel fillets in tomato cream |
1 roll | fresh puff pastry (approx. 275g) |
100 g | grated cheese (e.g. Gouda, cheddar or mozzarella) |
1 TSP | dried oregano (or herbes de Provence) |

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 °C (top/bottom heat) or 180 °C (fan-assisted). Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Place the mackerel fillets in a bowl and finely shred with a fork.

Roll out the puff pastry on the work surface. Spread the tomato cream evenly over the puff pastry. Spread the chopped mackerel fillets on top.

Sprinkle the grated cheese evenly over the mackerel fillets. Season with oregano or other herbs to taste.

Roll up the puff pastry tightly, cut into slices approx. 2 cm thick and bake in the oven for approx. 15 minutes.
