Red beet salad with herring

Preparation

Cut the red beet and apple into cubes. Finely chop the dill.

Mix the sour cream, mayonnaise and vinegar with salt and pepper to make a dressing.

Mix the herring fillets with the red beet, apple and dressing. Garnish with fresh dill.
