Rustic sardine crostinis

Preparation

Slice the baguette and toast with olive oil in a frying pan over a medium heat until golden brown and crispy.

Chop the sun-dried tomatoes and parsley and mix with the ricotta. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Spread the baguette slices with the ricotta cream and place the Appel sardine fillets on top. Garnish with herb flowers.
