Sardine pizza
Ingredients for one portion
Ready in approx. 20 minutes (with ready-made dough)

1 Can | strained tomatoes |
1 | Pizza dough (preferably spelt) |
2 pcs. | Chili |
1 pc. | Parmesan cheese |
60 g | fresh rocket |

Preparation

Season the tomato purée in a bowl with salt and pepper.

Finely chop the chilies, slice the Parmesan and wash the rocket. Prepare everything.

Place the pizza dough on a baking tray and spread with the tomato sauce.

Bake the pizza in the oven according to the instructions on the packet.

Top the finished pizza with chopped chilies, parmesan and rocket.

Place our tender sardine fillets on the pizza and season with a little salt and pepper.
