


Spicy sardine and pasta salad
| 1 Can | Appel sardine fillets Piri-Piri |
| 200 g | Penne |
| 1 | bell pepper |
| 1 handful | Cherry tomatoes |
| 1 handful | Rocket |
| 2 TBSP | Appel Delicacy Mayonnaise |
| 2 TBSP | Natural yogurt |
| as required | Pepper, salt, paprika powder |
| as required | red chili pepper |
Cook the penne in salted water until al dente according to the instructions on the packet. Then drain and rinse under cold water to prevent them from sticking. Leave to cool well.
Cut the bell peppers into small cubes, halve the tomatoes, wash the rocket and finely chop the chili pepper.
For the dressing, mix the mayonnaise with the natural yogurt. Season to taste with salt, pepper and a pinch of paprika.
Mix the cooled pasta, diced bell peppers, cherry tomatoes and chopped chili pepper thoroughly in a bowl with the dressing.
Arrange the rocket on the plate as a bed for the salad.
Spread the pasta salad on the bed of rocket and serve with the sardine fillets.
