


Tomato barbecue fish burger
Ingredients for four portions

| 2 Can | Appel tender fillets of herring Tomato-barbecue |
| 70 g | Breadcrumbs |
| 1 | Egg |
| 2 | Onions |
| 2 | Garlic cloves, chopped |
| 1 TSP | Paprika powder |
| 4 | Burger buns |
| as required | Lettuce leaves, tomato slices, BBQ sauce |

70 g
Breadcrumbs

Lettuce leaves, tomato slices, BBQ sauce
Preparation
Drain the tinned fish, place in a bowl and chop.
Add breadcrumbs, egg, 40g chopped onion, chopped garlic and the spices.
Form burger patties from the mixture.
Grill the fish burgers for about 3-4 minutes per side until they are golden brown.
Warm the burger buns and assemble as desired.
