Tomato barbecue fish burger

70 g | Breadcrumbs |

2 | Onions |
2 | Garlic cloves, chopped |
1 TSP | Paprika powder |
4 | Burger buns |
as required | Lettuce leaves, tomato slices, BBQ sauce |

Lettuce leaves, tomato slices, BBQ sauce
Preparation

Drain the tinned fish, place in a bowl and chop.

Add breadcrumbs, egg, 40g chopped onion, chopped garlic and the spices.

Form burger patties from the mixture.

Grill the fish burgers for about 3-4 minutes per side until they are golden brown.

Warm the burger buns and assemble as desired.
