During your apprenticeship, you will take on commercial and business management tasks in departments such as Purchasing, Sales and Marketing, Human Resources, Accounting and Controlling.
Ideally, you will have the following qualifications:
- good secondary school leaving certificate; high school diploma; degree from a commercial college
- Enjoyment of and interest in business matters
- Logical thinking
- Good understanding of numbers
- Basic knowledge of data processing (e.g. MS Office)
- Ability to work in a team
- Flexibility
- Commitment
The apprenticeship usually lasts three years and takes place in the training company and at the vocational school in Cuxhaven.
