Specialist for food technology (m/f/d)

During your apprenticeship, you will check machine functions on test benches and commission machines. You will monitor the production process and control or monitor the material flow. You will also inspect or maintain machines at regular intervals to ensure their operational readiness and you will learn how to carry out quality determination measures, operational checks and hygiene measures.

Ideally, you will have the following qualifications:

  • Good secondary school leaving certificate
  • Technical understanding and manual dexterity
  • An interest in the industrial production of food and a strong awareness of hygiene
  • Basic knowledge of mathematics, physics and chemistry
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Flexibility
  • Willingness to work hard

The apprenticeship usually lasts three years and takes place in the training company and at the vocational school in Bremerhaven.
